How I became a Business Coach
My career started in sales management and training, where I spent 25 years honing my skills to help others succeed.
In 2020, like so many, I took a step back and realised it was time to start something that wasn’t just a career.
I wanted work that truly reflected my own ideas and values.
That’s when I launched my business coaching company.
And I’ll be honest – I haven’t looked back since.
Walking the walk
When I’m not coaching, you’ll probably find me out running, fishing, or enjoying time with family and friends.
I practise what I preach.
l genuinely love what I do for a living, but one of the main reasons I started my own business was to get a better work-life balance.
I wanted to be around more for my family – my wife, Lorna, and our two kids.
